GENERAL T.O.S.
1) The artist reserves the rights over the commissioned artwork. To alter, claim, reproduce, mint, use for AI purposes and/or sell the artwork is strictly prohibited. When posting or sharing, visible credit to the artist is obligatory.2) The artist will only start working upon receiving payment. Payment is non-refundable unless the artist is unable to finish the commissioned artwork. Please inform the artist of the work in mind before paying.3) The estimated completion of the commissioned artwork is 1 week to 1 month. The artist will inform the client if there will be a delay due to personal reasons (E.G. calamity, health, etc.)4) The commissioned artwork can only be revised 3 times. Further revisions will incur additional fees. Once finished, the artwork will be sent via e-mail. The artist does not allow revisions after completion.5) The artist has the right to stream the commission progress. If the client wishes to keep their commission private, there will be an additional fee added to the final price.6) The artist has the right to use the commissioned artwork for portfolio purposes.7) Any adjustments in the terms and conditions or other forms of agreements can be discussed between the artist and the client.
MODE OF PAYMENT
1) The mode of payment will be through a Paypal invoice. This will require the client to send me their E-mail to which I will send the invoice. This is to ensure that the client and the artist are bound by the T.O.S. and to give both parties a copy of the receipt. I do not accept Gcash or Bank transfers.2) Payment will be 100% upfront only.

COMMERCIAL WORK
1) What is considered commercial work? Usage of the artwork on monetized platforms, for mass production and/or for merchandise lies under this category.2) Copyright to use artwork on monetized platforms will incur fees. To use non-commercial artwork for stream, videos, thumbnails, and the like, there will be additional fees. Services offered under the commercial category are already included in the price for your convenience.3) Full rights to mass produce and/or sell the artwork must be properly discussed between the artist and client.
